I am convinced that the Fair has given a perfect opportunity to discuss pressing issues of the Russian industry market and further development trends as well as to generate specific proposals for most important policy directions of the Russian hi-tech industry development.
All the technologies, equipment and innovative achievements exhibited at the Fair cover a wide range of the Russian industry and science sectors and prove ample opportunities for the Russian manufactures and engineers.

I am glad to welcome participants, organisers and guests of St. Petersburg Technical Fair! St. Petersburg is the largest center of industry, science and education. It is St. Petersburg hence to host events of the highest level where issues of the Russian scientific and industrial development are raised.

St. Petersburg Technical Fair is a significant event contributing to the development of engineering and metallurgical industries. It is held with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

This year the Fair will be participated by over 300 Russian and foreign companies. The Fair traditionally features St. Petersburg Industrial Congress as an important industry event. All the events within the framework of the Fair are of practical value for the city because ideas are generated, concepts and projects are designed, new investors are attracted, mutually beneficial economic and academic relations between the Northern Capital and Russian regions and foreign counties are developed there.
