PARTICIPATION TERMS FOR PTFAIR EVENT PROGRAM

Please fill in and submit the following application form before February 24, 2012.

Please pay the participation fee within three banking days after the invoice received, or send a letter of guarantee to the Organiser.

In case you submit the application for participation after February 24, 2012 and pay the participation fee in cash on the day of your registration, the cost of participation fee increases by 10%.

The participant will need to introduce the copy of payment order with transfer confirmation mark and the warrant to sign for receiving financial documents (participation agreement, certificate of services provided and invoice). The Organiser reserves the right not to provide the financial documents to participant does not have the document confirming his right to act on behalf of the company he represents.

A delegation of five and more members shall be considered official. An official delegation can be organised by government agencies, non-profit organisations, chambers of commerce and industry, trade associations and unions. The head of the official delegation shall not pay the participation fee.

The participant shall not be allowed to take part in events of the Forum and Congress without the participation fee paid.

The participant can be substituted if agreed in writing by the Organising Committee.

Cancellation of participation shall be sent by email or fax to the Organising Committee before March 1, 2012. In such case the Organiser guarantees to return the registration fee excluding operating expenses at the amount of 25% of the cost of the participation fee paid.

In case of cancellation after March 1, 2012, the participation fee shall not be returned.

Special offers are available for representatives of educational and research institutes and small businesses at the Organising Committee.
